I am overweight and want to start practicing shotokan Karate again. Recommend exercise regime to help me start
I practiced Shotokan for 10 years, then stopped. I have gotten very over weight and I want to get back to actively practicing Shotokan. Does anyone have a exercise regime (cardio and strength) with specific exercises that can help me get back into shape and strengthen the key parts of my body so that I can get back to the dojo.
Consult your doctor and sense about what the best way for you to get back into the sport. If not, just watch a bunch fo Chuck Norris movies and you should be all set.
