Im nervous about competing in the black belt division what should I do?
It’s been my dream since I was 7 to become a black belt. Well I’ve done that and theres a competition comming up. I’ve got a reputation for winning as an underbelt…Well…Now Im nervous about competing in the black belt division with all this experience at my age (20) I mean I remember these divisions when I was younger and these guys were Ruthless! what should I do…Kata too…Im so nervous Finally one more thing…I seem to always forget the technique after the ground strike on Kanku dai whats a good way to remember this?
